After a hugely popular trial run as part of the Pink Boots blend utilised in last year’s IWCBD beer and having revived interest during their collab with Funky Fluid later on in 2022 Polly's wanted to shine a light on HBC 630 and all the flavour characteristics that it brings to the party in a fully 2023 kinda way. A certified swag bag of sweet cherry, raspberry and apricots lead the charge here with a smattering of pithy citrus notes from a gentle Citra addition to keep things in check.
