We aim for your order to be delivered within 2-4 working days.

Yes, someone will need to be in to receive the order and you may need to provide proof of ID and age.

Orders can be collected during the shop's opening hours.

We aim to have your order ready within 1 hour.

At busy times we may not have your order ready within 1 hour, but we can put it together whilst you wait.

Please bring your order number when you come to collect your order.

We may require ID as proof of age.

Gift packs and hamper orders may take longer a little longer to assemble and package, please allow 2-3 hours before collecting.

We will keep collection orders for 28 days.

Keg, Cask & Bottle are unable to offer free return shipping.

We are extremely careful when packing orders and take every precaution. However, the fragile contents can sometimes get damaged in transit. Please get in touch and we will rectify this for you quickly.
