Keg, Cask & Bottle is a drinks shop and bar, stocking over 300 carefully curated beers from the UK and around the world, all available to take home or enjoy in our tasting room for a small corkage fee. 

A rotating line up of keg beers and cask ales is also on offer, showcasing the best the UK and international brewing scenes have to offer. Available to drink in, or take home in a reusable growler. 

If you’re visiting our bar, we take extra care to ensure every glass we pour will taste as good as the brewer or maker intended. 

As well as our extensive beer offering, we also stock spirits (It’s important to us that we support other local businesses so we focus on stocking locally produced spirits), canned cocktails, wines, soft drinks, ciders, bar snacks, glassware and merchandise.

We offer regular events throughout the year, including meet the brewer evenings, Oktoberfest, tap takeovers and more.

As a family business, with most of the KCB team having young children of their own, we welcome supervised children in our bar until 8pm.

Keg, Cask & Bottle owner, Sam, has built a career in the beer and drinks industry, working in breweries, bars and pubs with the dream to open neighbourhood specialist drinks shop and bar.

In 2019, as Prestwich residents, Sam and his wife, Kelly, recognised there was a gap in the local market for well curated packaged drinks and expertly conditioned draught beers. Keg, Cask & Bottle was born.

We’ve grown-up a lot since then, but whilst KCB has grown and expanded, taking on more staff, our ethos has remained.

Every member of the KCB team has a passion for beer and brings expertise to offer recommendations or build gifts to suit every taste or budget. You don’t need to be a beer expert to gift (or enjoy for yourself) something special, visit us or email if you need advice. Put our knowledge to the test.
