Chuck is a name which sounds just as much at home being used on Bury Market or a Texan ranch! American Bitter Ale is their version of our traditional Best Bitter, being just a touch more bitter on the finish thanks to the use of US grown, Cascade hops. Roast barley, Crystal Medium & Dark, plus Munich are among the malts which give this beer its deep roasted malt flavours, burnt caramel and gentle malt sweetness, and of course its rich colour. It’s pleasantly refreshing with well integrated hop flavours.
