C. L. F. aka Cider Lady's Finger owes its unusual name to a distinctive elliptical shape. The apples were green with a red flush; likely the Herefordshire 'version' of this mysterious variety, which has multiple different apples claiming to be the original variety. This is a very pleasant, fruity cider with a little tanginess and acidity, but a light finish making it particularly quaffable.
