Forest whisky blend number 29 Olorosso sherry finish.

Distilled Cheshire Barley & Oats with wild yeast and spring water. 

Matured in Oak below the Cat & Fiddle Inn for 3 years, before being blended with other selected whiskies A final, sumptuous stage of flavour was then added, by resting the blend in a 50 year old Oloroso cask here in our cellars.

The result is a delicious smooth whisky with a light sweetness of the very highest quality.
